Petmania’s Operation TransPAWmation (OT) roadshows are set to deliver free educational events directly to a number of local Petmania stores next month, including the Athlone store on Saturday March 2.
Pet owners will be able to gain valuable knowledge and resources to improve their pet’s well-being and strengthen their bond. Renowned pet care professionals will lead in-depth sessions on a variety of topics, empowering pet owners to create a healthy and happy environment for their four-legged companions.
Renowned animal care professionals will lead in-depth sessions on many varied animal care topics:
Learn proper grooming techniques from Michelle Walsh to ensure their pet’s coat is shiny and overall healthy. Master the fundamentals of dog training with Dawn Greer, fostering a happy, well-behaved companion through positive communication and behavior management. Explore the potential applications and considerations of CBD for pets alongside Hemp Heros. Finally, optimize your pets’ well-being with advice from veterinarian Dr. Bobby Ortiz on choosing the right diet and dental health practices for dogs and cats to meet their specific needs.
At the Petmania Athlone store, attendees can take part in dog first aid courses presented by Michelle Walsh and Tara Murphy, enabling pet owners to handle emergencies with confidence. Additionally, walk-in microchipping will be available in Athlone that morning.
Beyond educational sessions, Roadshows offer additional opportunities for participants. These include customer competitions showcasing various pet care products, as well as product demonstrations showcasing new solutions in the pet care industry. Attendees will also have the chance to interact directly with Petmania experts and address any individual concerns they may have regarding their pet’s health and well-being. This personalized interaction can provide valuable additional information and advice tailored to each pet’s specific needs.
“OT Roadshows provide valuable resources to pet owners, allowing them to make informed decisions for their four-legged companions,” said Petmania spokesperson Emily Miller. “We encourage pet owners of all experience levels to participate and gain practical knowledge.”
While Operation TransPAWmation Roadshows provide a concentrated learning experience, Petmania’s dedication to pet welfare extends far beyond these single-day events. Their ongoing support encompasses comprehensive educational resources such as classes and training sessions ranging from basic obedience to advanced behavior, led by qualified professionals to meet varying needs and experience levels.
