2. Aldar Properties acquires London Square for £230m

UAE property giant Aldar Properties has successfully acquired London developer London Square for £230 million. London Square, established in 2010, has a development pipeline in excess of £2 billion, having completed over 3,500 homes to date, with 930 homes currently under construction, valued at £425 million.
3. flynas explores electric helicopter operations in Saudi Arabia

Saudi low-cost airline Flynas has signed a memorandum of understanding with Brazil-based Eve Air Mobility to explore the possibility of launching electric helicopter operations in the Kingdom. The statement plans to launch electric helicopters in Riyadh and Jeddah by 2026.

An international cruise ship from the United Kingdom carrying around 300 tourists arrived at the Sultan Qaboos tourist port. The port of Salalah welcomed a cruise ship carrying 865 passengers, including 430 tourists. Over the next two days, 800 to 900 tourists are expected to arrive at Muscat International Airport to begin their regional tourism tours from the Sultanate of Oman.
