Faith is an 8 year old cross female. She is a charming, laid-back young woman with a kind and caring personality.
Faith is the ideal companion for a family looking for a peaceful and friendly dog. She is looking for someone who can understand the fact that she once had nothing.
Faith is a wonderful, loving friend if you can just give her a little faith.
Faith forms a very close attachment with her “special someone”, which is why she worries when she is separated from them for an extended period of time.
Faith is looking for someone who has time to spend with her at home, but who also gains confidence by being left for short periods. Faith in public shelters until today. Faith was rescued from the worst public shelter.
In this environment, she was incredibly vulnerable as she could not bear the weight of her leg. We finally got her to safety and took her to the vet for immediate scans.
Unfortunately, the leg was broken at some point and was not treated or healed. it was in Faith’s interest to have the leg removed. Fast forward several months and she is doing incredibly well.
The operation is cured and Faith no longer feels any pain. Faith will need a home that will ensure she doesn’t gain too much weight and affect the remaining limbs.
Faith won’t be able to run marathons, but nice slow walks will be perfect for Faith. She walks well on a leash.
Faith defecates independently and does not need any medical treatment other than weight management. Our beautiful faith needs a chance.
