Rozi is a 2-3 year old crossbred female. She gave birth to her 2 puppies in an abandoned house and the little family was common wandering the streets together in search of food.
They were reported to the local shelter when the puppies were a few weeks old. A puppy was quickly adopted, however, Rozi and her other puppy (Teddy) have been living in the shelter ever since, for over a year and a half.
Rozi is a dream dog, she has no bad bones and she has a wonderful character.
Rozi is said to be lucky because all the dogs she has shared her kennel with so far have been adopted in a short time.
Rozi watched them all go in search of freedom while she remained locked in her kennel. Still, she’s the sweetest girl who hasn’t lost her faith (yet) and is always grateful for any attention.
Rozi loves playing with her ball and can engage with all kinds of toys for a while once she gets the chance.
Rozi is a sweet girl and kindly takes treats from your hand. She loves walks, walks well on a leash and approaches dogs in a friendly manner.
Rozi also gets along well with the other doggies at the shelter and has never had any conflicts. She is simply beautiful inside and out and anyone who picks her up will be lucky to have her in their life.
Rozi also loves children and is kind and tolerant towards them. Rozi would be best suited to a family that treats her like family and includes her in their activities.
Rozi might live with another dog or friendly dog or get all the attention as the only dog in the house.
Rozi will need to be given time to settle into her new home and continue her socialization and training. Children over 8 years old will be taken into account.
Rozi can be tested on the cat if necessary. Like all shelter dogs, she will need love, patience, time and commitment from her adoptive family to become a happy and balanced pooch.
Experience with rescue dogs desired. No new owners, please. Rozi is currently in Hungary and will be able to travel to the UK as soon as an ideal family is found for her.
Rozi is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and ticks, with an EU passport and DEFRA approved documents. Adoption is subject to home inspection and adoption fees. Full RBU provided.
