Sasha is a 1 year old crossbred female. She would like an active home that can keep her mind occupied by enjoying new places and long walks to keep her out of trouble and mentally stimulated, she has lots of energy and would like a family that enjoys walks as much as ‘She.
Sasha is very affectionate and loves chest and belly rubs from her favorite people, she would let you do it all day if you could! She loves to sniff your face and head.
Sasha is still learning her manners and can sometimes talk during play, her training will need to continue in her new home. She is very playful and loves to bounce and chase her squeaky duck stuffed animal.
Animal bones are her favorite and keep her mentally stimulated and occupied. Sasha can live with children aged 8 and over who know about dogs, following judicious introductions. She can be loud and ignore her size.
Sasha can live with dogs after judicious introductions. Sasha briefly met some dogs on walks and was a little nervous but very intrigued, she also did well with other dogs in Romania.
Sasha can’t live with cats or furry little ones. Sasha can bark and become very obsessed with the cats in her current home.
Sasha accepts a harness and leash, she can get very excited and it can be difficult to put this on her, but once on she is great and walks well on a leash.
Sasha loves her regular walks and runs in the enclosed fields, she loves sniffing everything she sees. Sasha can be a nervous girl at first and will need slow, careful introductions to build trust in new people. Sasha is clean.
Sasha is not cage trained. Sasha suffers from separation anxiety and struggles with being left alone by her current family. She will need someone home most of the time in her new home and able to work with her.
Sasha can counter dive and likes to steal things, so her new home will need to make sure everything is tidy, she can steal shoes, clothes bottles, etc. and loves to chew, so she will need a lot of mental stimulation and training to avoid this.
Sasha sleeps well at night on the upstairs landing and travels well in the car on short trips.
