VIRGINIA BEACH (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach SPCA says it needs help after 23 dogs were delivered from commercial breeding facilities across the Midwest Wednesday evening.
The dogs and puppies were handed over at the request of National Mill Dog Rescuesays the VBSPCA.
The animals have been moved to a special area of the shelter’s kennel for some well-deserved rest, and they will not be available to visitors until next week. The shelter says it does not yet have a date when they will be available for adoption.
In the meantime, the VBSPCA is asking for financial support to help these dogs and puppies.
