We appreciate a good breed-focused blog post to describe the strengths of a specific breed, including why so many of us love that breed and how to keep them happy and healthy. here are the best pet blogs about dog breeds we have published This year!
It’s no surprise that this dog made the list. As giant breed dogs, they have big hearts and there is a lot to love. One of our employees at Parnell added the Pyrenees to his family and we got close to see how it has grown. So adorable!
2. Golden Retrievers: Loving, beautiful and at risk of arthritis
The Goldens are one of the best dog breeds, and certainly one of the most popular, currently ranked 3rd best breed in the United States. We’ve given lots of information about this fantastic breed, and Golden owners continue to find it!
3. Rhodesian Ridgebacks: regal, athletic, affectionate and at risk of arthritis
A bit of a sleeper hit, this blog is a great resource for these beautiful dogs. Many didn’t know they existed. The Rhodesian Ridgeback’s trademark crest are the unique striped markings on their backs. This stripe is the defining characteristic of this breed. The Rhodesian’s “Ridgeback” is a hair that grows backwards relative to the rest of the dog’s coat.
4. Pitt Bull type dogs: strong, loyal, risk of arthritis
